at ArtPadSF for a
special Pecha Kucha presentation“Art In Public”, hosted by The Estria
Foundation on Sunday afternoon, May 20, 2012. Ten of The Bay Area’s celebrated
muralists, aerosol, and street artists will share images of their work, and the
work of other artists, contributing to the ‘Art In Public’ movement. This is a
rare opportunity to hear their stories and take a glimpse into the world of
public art.

What is Pecha Kucha? PechaKucha 20×20 is a simple presentation
format where each presenter shares 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images
will forward automatically, and presenters narrate stories about each image.
About The Estria Foundation: The Estria Foundation creates art
in public spaces locally and globally with artists, youth, educators, and
activists in order to raise awareness and inspire action in the movement to
resolve human and environmental issues. The organization was founded in 2010 by
graffiti artist Estria Miyashiro, and Jeremy LaTrasse. For more information,
